Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS: We require a 2 night minimum for all reservations except holidays when 3 nights are required. Each cabin has a guest limit. Our resort facilities are for use by registered guests only. A meeting fee of $50 will be charged for gathering of additional persons that come to your cabin during the day or night. PET RULES: There is a $25 daily fee per pet if you choose to bring your pet. The is also a max of 2 pets per cabin.  You will be responsible for any and all cleaning or damage your pet causes. Pets cannot be left alone in the cabin. You must keep your pet from wandering onto other cabins. NO SMOKING inside cabins. 

Check-in: 3:00PM

Check-out: 11:00AM

If arriving after marina office hours, please make arrangements for late arrivial. Please request linens for couches and extra guest at marina office. Please wash, rinse, and dry all dishes. Linens will be picked up daily outside your door by 11:00AM. If any additional liens are needed please contact the office. DO NOT CLEAN FISH IN YOUR CABIN. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00AM.  Children should not be left unattended around the docks, walkways, or restaurant and wear life jackets. Do not park trailers or cars in the yard areas. Park boat trailers in designated area. There is no camping or tents allowed. 

Owner/Management assumes no resposibility for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause. If guests are disorderly, discourteous or are destroying property, you will asked to leave. You will be financially resposible for the destruction of property.
