Terms of Service

As a condition of staying at Glamping Resorts Ltd. (“Glamping Resorts”), I agree to take full responsibility for all charges and any damages incurred on behalf of myself, my family, guests – both adults and minors and any pets and understand any balance owed at checkout will be charged to the credit card I have on file.

I further always agree that myself, my family and guests – both adults and minors, will abide by all the rules and guidelines of Glamping Resorts including:

-No Smoking or cooking inside the dome/tent.

-Dispose of garbage regularly and at departure in designated campground bins. Do not leave garbage in your dome/tent/site; it can attract animals and/or insects.

-Return all equipment to its original location/position

-Wash and dry dishes prior to departure.

-Remove garbage and tidy the dome/tent prior to departure. A cleaning fee will be charged if your dome/tent/site is left a mess.

I agree that the management of Glamping Resorts can terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason.

Anyone using these facilities must do so with the understanding that Glamping Resorts is provided as a recreational facility only and may not be used as a primary residence or a place to conduct business or engage in any illegal activities. If you are asked to leave for any reason by the management of Glamping Resorts, you must do so immediately, or you accept that you will be treated as a trespasser by the appropriate local authorities.  No subletting of any kind is permitted. You agree to pay any late fees or collection costs as determined by Glamping Resorts whether suit be brought or not.

I agree that my liability for any incurred charges is not waived and I agree to be held personally liable if the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay for any part or full amount of these charges. Overdue balances are subject to a surcharge.

I fully understand that staying at Glamping Resorts exposes me to the risk of personal injury, death or property damage, including exposure to hazards such as falling tree branches, uneven terrain, insects, rodents, birds of prey, coyotes, reptiles, and the lake itself.  I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily staying at Glamping Resorts and agree to assume any such risks.

I hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue Glamping Resorts, its officials, employees, volunteers and agents for any injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with staying at Glamping Resorts from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of Glamping Resorts, or any other guests staying at Glamping Resorts. The parties to this agreement understand that this document is not intended to release any party from any act or omission of “gross negligence,” as that term is used in applicable case law and/or statutory provision.

In consideration for being permitted to stay at Glamping Resorts, I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that I shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glamping Resorts from any and all claims, demands actions or suits arising out of or in connection with my stay at Glamping Resorts.

I agree to and understand the terms of the Pet Policy as follows: 

• An initial non-refundable pet fee of $15.00 per night will be charged to my account upon arrival. 
• A valid credit card number must remain on file.
• Pet is not authorized to be left in the dome/tent when the guest leaves the tent
• Maximum allowable pets: 2
• Pet must be on a leash when outside of dome/tent.
• Guest is responsible for clean up after the pet and properly disposing of waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated. 
• Damages caused by my pet to accommodation, furnishings, or any other part of the resort are my sole responsibility. I understand that I will be charged an additional fee based on the specific damage. Guest room is subject to damage inspection upon check-out. 
• Noise / Disruptive Complaints: If hotel management receives multiple complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for the pet. The non-refundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the guest room. 
• I have read the Pet Policy and fully understand and accept this policy set by Glamping Resorts 

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND SIGN IT ON MY OWN FREE WILL.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE GLAMPING RESORTS RULES AND ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT THEREOF.
