Cancellation Policy

We know that plans can change, and we want to make our cancellation policy as simple and clear as possible.

If booking your stay 61 days or more before your reservation start date, a 20% deposit of your total reservation cost is due when you book.

The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card 60 days before your stay begins.

If booking your stay 60 days or less before your reservation start date, the total cost of the reservation is due when you book.

If you need to cancel:

• More than 60 days before your stay: You’ll only be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% of your full reservation total or $200 (whichever is less).
• 30–60 days before your stay: You’ll receive a 50% refund of your total reservation charge.
• 15–29 days before your stay: You’ll receive a 25% refund of your total reservation charge.
• Less than 14 days before your stay: We’re sorry, but no refund can be provided at this stage.
