Welcome to Soap Lake, the unique mineral rich lake on the earth! And Thank You for your interest in Soap Lake Smokiam Campground, we are looking forward to hosting a pleasant stay for you and your family.

 

PLEASE DO READ THE FOLLOWING POLICY AND RULES CAREFULLY. BY MAKING A RESERVATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.    If you are making reservations on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.
2. Registration A credit card with expiration date at least two months after the check-out date is required to make reservation. Card holder information including name, billing address, contact phone and email. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times.  If the credit card belongs to a third party, explicit signed written authorization with detailed billing information from the cardholder is required.
3. Reservation: Reservation is made on site type and the site is assigned at check-in time based on availability and convenient accommodation for all reservations. 
4. The convenience fee on the reservation is assessed by the system provider and added to the rent.
5. Minimum Stay: 3 days minimum required booking on holidays & long weekends.
6. Maximal Stay:   28 nights per stay per the rules of the City of Soap Lake.   
7.  Check-In Time: 12 PM (noon). We do have an early access option beginning at 10 am, but it is available only if the site is vacant (i.e. nobody in the site before you). Early access (before check-in time) does not guarantee the site will be ready or available at the time of arrival. Early access only guarantees access to the RV Resort and Resort amenities, which requires parking in overflow. Access is based on availability – please call for info. If you require access before 10 AM, please book the site for the night prior.
8. Check-Out Time: 12 PM (noon). Extended access is available for $10/hour to accommodate your stay in the Smokiam RV Campground until 5 PM. Subject to availability.
9. Reservation Change Policy

• Changes to reservation arrival or departure dates made outside of the respective cancellation window will result in a $20 reservation change fee. The guest is responsible for any resultant difference in rates.
• Reservation arrival or departure dates may be changed inside the reservation and cancellation window but please note that guests may be subject to a difference in rates or reservation change fees. 

Payment Policy

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking or upon check-in. 
• We gladly accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Check

No Show Policy: No shows or guests not calling to let us know of a late arrival or change in their reservation or travel plans, will result in full forfeiture of funds. 

 

General Park Rules

Smokiam Campground speed limit is 5 mph, please drive slowly.

All children must be supervised at all times.

Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am.

One guest vehicle is allowed to your RV or tent site.

All sewer connections must be airtight. Formaldehyde products are not allowed.

According to Washington State law, there is no smoking in any park building or within 25 feet of doorways.

Please properly dispose of cigarette butts.

Wi-Fi Coming soon

Tent sites allow   1 tent per site and up to 5 people including children.

Certain wide RV sites allow a maximum of 1 tent in addition to your RV and up to 6 people including children.

Per State Law smoking in public places is prohibited. Smoking is only allowed on designated area only. Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters and close the lit after you.

Pet Policy 

Pets of the registered RV site occupant are welcome, but limited to 2 pets per site.

• Pet owner is responsible for pet clean-up and noise control.
• Pets must be kept on a leash when away from site and may not be left unattended at the site.

• For the safety of our guests, pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
• We reserve the right to ask you to remove hostile pets from the Park.
• Smokiam Campground does not accept any liability for pets brought onto the property. Owners are liable and responsible for any injuries, accidents or issues with their pets (on or off leash). 
• Smokiam Campground reserves the right to protect other members and guests from aggressive or off-leash animals including but not limited to restraining any animal off-leash.  

Cancellation Policy

Guests will be billed the full amount of the stay at the time of reservation or upon check-in with the exception of add-ons,  reservation changes and group reservations (changes subject to reservation fee change such as pets, number of people, site change, storage, recreation pass purchases, etc.) which may occur at time of arrival or during stay. 

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 1-509-309-1775 or e-mail Camp@soaplakewa.gov before the deadlines listed below to receive your refunds. Text notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Please note if you have made a reservation from Soap Lake Rv Resort prior to City of Soap Lake Smokiam Campground taking back ownership Please contact them for refund issues. 

                  

Cancellation Notice Before 14 days of arrival:     
100% of the reservation amount will be refunded, less $20 fee for cancellation

Cancellation Notice Between 14 days and 2 days of arrival:       
50% of the reservation amount will be refunded less $20 fee for cancellation

Cancellation Notice After 2 days (48 hours) before arrival:     
No refunds will be issued.

Holidays and long weekends   This includes Memorial Day, any weekend close to July 4th, and Labor Day weekend
No refunds will be issued, and all deposits will be forfeited
