Refund policy

• 7 Days or More Cancellation - Full refund minus 10% refund fee
• 6 Days or Less Cancellation - No Refund
• No refund for early departure or cancellations for inclement weather.
• One week notification for credit applied to the current season. There are no credits for the next camping season.
• Only one rain-check granted within the season if cancellation was within the week notification cancellation policy. You can only call to rain-check after initial cancellation!
• If parts of your party cancel and your party is less then expected on arrival no refund will be issued. Call if any changes are applicable to your site one week ahead of arrival date.
