Soaring Eagle Campground

  1. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and are strictly enforced. Please be respectful of your neighbors. If another site is disturbing you, do not attempt to handle it yourself, come to us, and we will take care of it.
  2. Check in time must be before 10:00 PM on Friday night. The check in time on weekdays and Sunday is no later than 7pm. Contact the office if you will be arriving later.
  3. We do allow pets. We do not allow females in heat or dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior. Do not leave your dogs unattended at the site. They must be leashed and housed at night.  Also be conscious of noise control with your animals. Must bring shot papers with you – and don’t forget to pooper scoop.
  4. Fireplaces are not to be moved. Do not create a stone fire pit on site.
  5. Please do not dig on your site.
  1. No defacing of trees, flowers or plants. Do not carve on, chop on, drive nails or screws into or in any way damage trees.
  2. Speed limit is 5 MPH Campground is small with many people and children drive slowly. Also drive very slowly through waterways.
  3. Absolutely no glass on the river! You may bring glass to campgrounds but do not bring into river or in coolers for a river trip.
  4. No fireworks or explosives permitted on the property. Ilegal Dangerous and Inappropriate.
  5. We are not responsible for any damage to your personal belongings or private property on campground premises. We encourage respectful behavior. Respect your neighbors and their property.
  6. Violation of these rules could result in expulsion from the campground without refund. If we suspect any party’s involvement in damaged property or disrespect to our staff or other campers we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 7 Days or More Cancellation - Full refund minus 10% refund fee
  • 6 Days or Less Cancellation - No Refund
  • No refund for early departure or cancellations for inclement weather.
  • One week notification for credit applied to the current season. There are no credits for the next camping season.
  • Only one rain-check granted within the season if cancellation was within the week notification cancellation policy. You can only call to rain-check after initial cancellation!
  • If parts of your party cancel and your party is less then expected on arrival no refund will be issued. Call if any changes are applicable to your site one week ahead of arrival date
  • HOLIDAY CHARGES--We charge 100% deposit for Holiday weekends when booking through campspot you are prompted to put down 50% once booking and placing inital payment for holidays you will be contacted directly to review your reservation and collect the rest of the deposit

Covid- 19 policy

If cancellation is due to illness, accidents, unforseen events, and/or covid-19 =If  it is not within our cancellation policy guidlines we will determine refund on a person to person basis. Please Call office
