SITE REGULATIONS
• Only one unit per campsite.
• All motor coaches, RV’s, fifth wheels, or travel trailers must be parked on padded site.
• Vans and truck campers are prohibited.
• All units must have window coverings, sleeping facilities, and approved electrical hook-ups.
• No parking on grass, street, or vacant lots. A fee may apply
• One family per campsite. Family is considered to be 2 adults and up to 4 minor children.
• Guests may have a tent in addition to their RV (Max 10 people with RV & tent combined).
• 1 tent per site on concrete pad only. Must be taken down by 11 a.m. daily. $10 fee applied if not taken down by 11 a.m. Tents may be set-up after 7 p.m. daily.
•Check-in Starts at 4pm and Check-out is at 11am.   Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. - 8 a.m.

SITE MAINTENANCE
• No mailboxes, personal signs, or soliciting signs permitted.  Mail and Packages are not to be delivered to the park. We will not accept any mail       or packages it will be returned to sender. 
• Satellite dishes are permitted, but must be attached to the unit.
• No fires except in fire pits, using wood or charcoal only.
• All camp fires must be out by 1:00 a.m.
• No firewood shall be brought in due to the emerald ash borer. This policy is strictly enforced and non-compliance will result in forfeiture of your campsite.
• Sewer lines must use collars to eliminate odor.
• Site must be kept clean and neat.
• No washing, servicing, or repairs of units in the park.
• Trash must be bagged securely in plastic and placed at curb side between 9 - 10:00 a.m.
• Soliciting is prohibited.
• No parties permitted.
• Renter is responsible for any damage to the unit sites.
VISITOR COURTESIES
• All visitors must register at Registration office.
• $8 fee for each vehicle.
• Be considerate, walk on roadways not through campsites.
• Noise from all sources must be minimized so not to disturb other guests.
• No subleasing of sites.
FISHING
• Fishing is permitted on Grewe’s Lake with a valid permit.
• MEDC Fishing Permits may be purchased at the Club House and are valid for one season.

BEACH RULES
• No lifeguard on duty at any time- swim at your own risk.
• Children 16 and under must be supervised by an adult.
• No pushing, shoving or dunking.
• No horse playing or throwing sand.
• Suitable swimsuit must be worn at all times.
• No Loitering.
• Soaring Eagle Hideaway RV Park is not liable for any injuries or accidents while participating in water activities. This includes, but is not limited to, watercraft rentals, swimming, promotional activities, or use of the water trampoline.
PET COURTESIES
• 3 pets per unit.
• Pets may never be left unattended.
• Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6' when outside and away from unit.
• Pets are not allowed in playground area, camp store, laundry facility, bathhouse, or beach area.
• Pets are not permitted to wander onto other sites.
• Excessive barking, growling, or aggressive behavior are not permitted in the park.
• Droppings must be picked up immediately and disposed of in a sealed plastic bag. A pet waste station is available.
• Pet waste will not be tolerated. A cleaning fee of $25 will be assessed to the renter if waste is left on site.
VEHICLE REGULATIONS
• Vehicles must be registered and parked in designated areas.
• Dune buggies, cycles, and quads are prohibited.  Personal watercraft is prohibited (kayaks, paddle boards, boats, etc.) to prevent the spread of invasive species.
• Motorcycles, mopeds, mini-bikes, and golf carts must not create a disturbance or nuisance.
• Speed limit for all vehicles is 10 mph.
• Persons without an operator’s license are not permitted to operate any motorized vehicle in the park.
 

Cancellation Policy

Regular Dates: Reservations must be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made within the 3 days prior to arrival will forfeit all payment. Cancellation must be made online or call-in.

Holidays/ Special Events: Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made within the 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit all payment. Cancellation must be made online or call-in.
