Campground Cancellation Policy

To ensure flexibility for our guests while maintaining operational efficiency, our campground has established the following cancellation policy:

• Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the reservation start date will receive a full refund of the reservation cost, less any applicable processing fees.

• Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to the reservation start date will receive a 50% refund of the reservation cost, less any applicable processing fees.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the reservation start date, or failure to arrive (no-show), will not be eligible for a refund.

Additional Notes:

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our online reservation system.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• This policy applies to all campground reservations, including tent sites, RV sites, and cabins, unless otherwise specified.

• For special circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or emergencies), please contact our office to discuss potential exceptions.
