Soda Creek Campground Policies & Rules

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Early Check-in/Late Check-Out Policy:

Management may be able to arrange an early check-in (1:00 PM) or late check-out (1:00 PM), if available. An additional fee of $10 applies. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.

WATER CONNECTION

If connecting to water you MUST use a pressure regulator.

General

1. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
2. Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Management harmless from and indemnify Management against the same.
3. The Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
4. Six guests are included in our standard rates. Up to two additional guests may be added for a fee of $5 per guest, per night. Maximum eight guests allowed per site.
5. Two vehicles are allowed per site. Management may, at their discretion, allow extra vehicles for $10 per vehicle, per night.
6. Two pets are allowed per site.
7. One tent is included in our standard tent site rate. Up to two additional tents can be added for a fee of $25 per tent, per night. Maximum three tents allowed per tent site. 
8. One RV is included in our standard RV site rate. One additional tent can be added for a fee of $20 per tent, per night. Maximum one RV and one tent allowed per RV site.
9. Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.
10. Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
11. Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.
12. The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
13. Clotheslines are not allowed.
14. Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
15. All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
16. All trash is to be disposed of in designated trash areas.
17. DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
18. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
19. Guests violating rules that result in eviction will not receive any refunds for their stay.

Quiet Hours:

1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
2. Quiet conversations around the campfire are welcome as long as you are not disturbing other guests. Please be courteous to other guests around you.

Pet Policy:

1. There is a limit of two pets per site.
2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Park.
3. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
4. No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds.
5. Pets may not be left outside unattended.
6. Guests are responsible for “cleaning up” after their pets. There is a $20 cleanup fee per incident should management be required to clean up after your pet.
7. Guests should carry proof of their pet's current vaccinations.
8. The Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
9. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.

Restrooms:

1. Soda Creek Campground only offers portable toilets.
2. Please keep all toilets free of trash.
3. Soda Creek Campground prides itself on cleanliness. Please inform us if anything is out of order in the restroom.

Safety:

1. The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Park.
2. The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.
3. Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
4. Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
5. Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
6. The speed limit on property is 5 mph.
7. Motorcycles must be at idle speed when traveling through the Park.
8. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
9. Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
10. Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Park, including golf carts, scooters, etc.
11. Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the Park.

Security:

1. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.  Keep your valuables locked up.
2. Report any problems with your site to Management immediately.
3. We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

Trash Disposal:

1. Only wood and paper should be burned in fire pits.
2. Please pick up after yourself by disposing of trash in designated trash areas.
3. DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

1. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so before the deadlines listed below to receive your refund, if applicable.
2. If you’re unable to cancel your reservation using your Reservation Details Link, please call Soda Creek Campground by 3 PM, 48 hours prior to your arrival. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not accepted.
3. We require a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours prior to your reservation start in order to receive a refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
4. If cancellation is not made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation start, no refund will be provided.
5. No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.
6. Reservations made after the above deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
7. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
