Cancellation Policy

Payment in full at time of reservation.

Cancellation notices of 30 days or more: Cash refund less $25 cancellation fee or full refund issued in resort credit, if cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival.

Cancellation notices 14 – 29 days prior to reservation: Cancel by 5 p.m. 14 days prior to arrival and receive resort credit equal to the value of your reservation.

Cancellation notices less than 14 days: Full reservation is forfeited if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
