Soggy Dollar Camp will not be responsible or liable for accidents or injuries to you or your guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

I AGREE TO READ AND TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS AS POSTED IN THE OFFICE AND/OR ON THE CAMPGROUND. No refunds if guests are asked to leave the property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any right granted to overnight visitors in the campground is through a revocable license, which may be revoked at any time. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease. No refunds for early departures. All guests must wear a wristband for the duration of their stay. No entry without a wristband.

I AGREE that evidence of smoking in lodge rooms or rental campers will result in $200.00+ cleaning fee. If excessive cleaning is necessary, it will result in additional charges to your credit card on file.

I AGREE if I, my guests, or visitors of guests damage any of the Resort property, the cost will be charged to the credit card on file.

I AGREE that pets are allowed ONLY in my RV or lodge site, and must be kept on leash at all times. Owners must pick up after their pets. Pets are NOT allowed on our waterfront to the Guadalupe River. I understand that I will be asked to leave immediately if I do not follow the pet rules. I understand that the campgrounds next door do not allow pets on property.
