South Bell Lodging RV Park

Reservations

  • Check-In is 2 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM.
  • Full payment due at the time of reservation. Refer to current rates for daily, weekly and monthly. 
  • 2 Adults maximum with each additional 18+ Adult will be an additional charge accordingly. 

General Rules

  • Owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.
  • Park speed limit is 10 MPH no exceptions. 
  • South Bell Lodging RV Park is not liable for any loss or damage by any act of God, fire or accident to personal property or property of any guest.
  • Garbage must be bagged and deposited in the garbage dumpster by the tenant.
  • Long term sites are not guaranteed and it is the tenants responsibility to ensure their site is reserved for their length of stay.
  • The owner has the right to refuse service to any policy offenders without notice.
  • No other trailers i.e. boats, semi, or utility are allowed unless the owner agrees on special circumstances.
  • Tenants are responsible for any of their guests on the property. Personal BBQ pits are allowed but open flames or fire pit are not allowed. 
  • Respect the privacy of your nieghbors and do not disturb the peace.
  • You will be asked to leave and/or possibly be evicted from the park with out refund if you break the rules. 
  • The Owner reserves the right to change policy at any time with out notice.

Pet Policy

  • No additional fee for pets and 2 maximum per site. $25 fee for each pet more than 2 for monthly guest. 
  • Pets have to be leashed when outside and immediately cleaned up after.
  • Pets can not be left chained up outside unattended.
  • No aggressive pets.    
  • Constant frequent barking will be asked to leave or board the dog in a kennel.
  • Pets are not allowed in buildings unless it’s a service pet.

Parking

  • Do not park in unoccupied sites.
  • No more than 2 vehicles per site not including the RV.
  • Do not block the flow of traffic.
  • No parking in the grass.
  • Vehicle must be operational and in good appearance.  

Late and Convenience Fees

  • $10 late fee will automatically be applied beginning the day after the payment due date.
  • Monthly reservations that pay with cash or more than 1 payment per month will be charged a $15 dollar convenience fee.
  • There is no convenience fee for 1 monthly payment utilizing the provided methods online in addition to the booking and credit card fee. 
  • Monthly reservations that are 7 days past due may lose electrical service and be subject to eviction.
  • There will be a $25 fee to continue service if payment is received to reconnect Water and Electrical service.

Site Appearance

  • Close lines or hanging of any clothes on the RV are not allowed. It is the tenants responsibility to maintain a clean site, free of garbage or any items deemed restricted by the owner. These items include but are not limited to: furniture, refrigerator, freezer, barrels, tires etc.
  • Items can be neatly stored under the RV as long as it is neat in appearance.
  • The owner can refuse service based on appearance and condition of the guest’s RV.
  • The guest’s RV must be properly connected to the site sewer connection to prevent any black/gray water spillage or leaking sewer gas. Any sewer connection issue must be resolved immediately by the guest.
  • No loose/under rated cables or hoses are allowed and will be corrected by the guest if required by the owner.
  • Skirting is allowed but must be similar color of the RV. No skirting of bare wood or bright colored tarps are allowed.
  • Temporary holiday decorations must be removed within a week of the holiday ending.
  • The guest will charged a fine of $25 dollars monthly until the unsatisfactory condition is resolved.
