Cancellation Policy:

Short Term (31 nights or less)

• 30 days or more cancellation prior to arrival - 25% cancellation fee & balance refunded to original method of payment OR $25.00 cancellation charge & balance refunded as camp credit for future use
• 15-29 days cancellation prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee & balance issued as a camp credit for future use
• 14 days or less cancellation prior to arrival - No refund, no camp credit

Long Term (32 nights or more)

• 60 days or more cancellation prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee & balance refunded to original method of payment
• 30-59 days cancellation prior to arrival - 75% cancellation fee & balance refunded to original method of payment
• 29 days or less cancellation prior to arrival - No refund, no camp credit
