Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is three (3) tiered, cancellation 2 or more weeks before the arrival date, the guest will receive a refund of reservations fees paid, The $150.00 deposit and the $3.00 booking fee are non-refundable. 

Cancellation three days (3) to thirteen (13) days before the arrival date, the guest will receive 50% of the reservations fee paid. The $150.00 deposit and the $3.00 booking fee are non-refundable.

Cancellation two (2) days or less of the arrival date, the guest will not receive any of the reservation fees paid. The $150.00 deposit and the $3.00 booking fee are non-refundable.
