Refund Policy

Sparrow Pond Family Campground

Refunds and/or additional charges, per our cancellation policy, wil be deducted or credited within 5-10 business days.

ALL RESERVATIONS are subject to a MINIMUM $35 CANCELLATION FEE. No Shows and cancellations not cancelled according to cancellation policy are subject to payment of the remaining balance due. We CANNOT and WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR Weather, Illness, Work Schedules or other Conflicts; Therefore, OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCE.

Holidays-Cabins/Monthly/Hall/Pavilion: must be cancelled no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Holidays - Camper Site: must be cancelled no less than 14 days prior to arrival date.

Non-Holidays - Camper Site & Cabins:  must be cancelled no less than 7 days prior to arrival date.

Holidays require payment in full, via Credit Card, to book. Reservations made less than one week prior to arrival date must be paid in full, via Credit Card, to book. Monthly reservations require a $250 deposit and a 30 day cancellation notice. 

2021 HOLIDAY DATES: 3 Night Minimum, PIF at booking Memorial Day - May 28-31, July 4th - July 2-5, Labor Day -Sept 3-6 All other reservations are subject to a one night deposit via Credit Card.
