Refund Policy

🍁 Refund Policy:

Refunds aren’t given for weather events, early departures, acts of nature (natural disasters exempt; more information in the “Natural Disaster Clause”), evictions, or issues beyond our control.

• Payment Form: Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. For card payments, the refund will go back to the card used. No exceptions.

Reservations canceled MORE than 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made 14 days to 48 hours prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund.  You will be refunded in the manner that you paid.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Refunds will not be given for early departures under any circumstances.
