Refund Policy

Nightly/Weekly Stays:

• Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will be refunded in the original form of payment less a $15.00 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will result in forfeiture of 50% of the deposit amount paid at the time the reservation was made.

Monthly Stays:

• Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will be refunded in the original form of payment less a $30.00 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will result in forfeiture of 50% of the deposit amount paid at the time the reservation was made.

At or after check-in:  There are no refunds or rebates given, including for early departures.

No Shows: There are no refunds or rebates given for no shows.

Refunds: Authorized refunds are processed within 72-96 hours and may take up to 7-10 days to appear on guest's card statement based card issuer and bank processing times. No refunds will be issued other than those issued in accordance with our cancellation policy above. Requests for extraordinary refunds outside of our normal cancellation policy must be made in writing by emailing admin@staugustinervresort.com. All extraordinary refund requests are evaluated by Resort management on a case-by-case basis and may or may not be granted at the sole discretion of Resort management.
