St. Joseph County Grange Fair, Centreville, Michigan
Insurance and Hold Harmless/Indemnification Information:
Each camper shall obtain and keep in force until completion of the 2024 St. Joseph County Grange Fair for date on form, including set up and tear down a general liability insurance contract with liability limits equal to or greater than $1,000,000 each occurrence.
Hold Harmless/Indemnification: Camper shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons or damages of property or any other injury, claim, damage or loss of whatever nature, arising directly or indirectly from campsite rented at the 2024 St. Joseph County Grange Fair. Camper shall INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS St Joseph County Grange Fair and its employees, agents, and volunteers from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of injury to person or damages to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost or expense arising from the 2024 St. Joseph County Grange Fair.
The St. Joseph County Grange Fair has the right to request any camper to leave the property immediately if any camping or Health Department rule is violated. The St. Joseph County Grange Fair also has the right to charge the camper that violated the rules any fines that be issued by the State of Michigan Health Department due to the violation.
By signing below, I agree to follow all rules and regulations for camping set forth by the St. Joseph Co Grange Fair and the Health Department. I understand that if I, or anyone in my camper, violates any of the rules or regulations I may be asked to remove my camper from the Fairgrounds and I will not be entitled to a refund. I also hereby agree that by signing this agreement, I have read and understood the Insurance and Hold Harmless/Indemnification information.

Michigan Health Department Law:
· All campers must park their trailer(s) in the designated camping area, between the painted lines with the tongue facing the access road. (This is a fire safety rule from the State of Michigan) The Camping Supervisor and/or Fair Manager will make the final decision if any questions arise.
Full Water Hook-Up is allowed ONLY IF THERE IS A HOSE BIB BACKFLOW PREVENTER VACUUM BREAKER CONNECTED TO THE WATER SOURCE. NO EXCEPTIONS! You are always welcome to fill your tank and remove hose as in year’s past if you wish.
1st violation = warning and hose unhooked and 2nd violation = immediate removal from campground
· There may not be enough hook-ups for everyone, and a “Y” may be required. These are not provided by the fairgrounds. Backflow preventers are required on these as well.
Please be neighborly as we work through these new changes together.
· No dumping of grey water on the Fairgrounds property other than at the designated dumping stations. Your sewer caps must always be attached properly to your camper. VRT is available for pump outs for a fee.
· Dump Stations are available on the grounds.
Electrical Requirements:
·Extension cords must be 12 gauge or be approved by Fairground’s maintenance before being utilized.
·A 30- amp plug, or an adapter is required.
Fairgrounds Camping Rules:
·All pets must have their current shots, license, and a certificate from their veterinarian.
·Please pick up after your animal.
·Pets must be kept on a leash (maximum 6-foot) and cannot be left unattended.
·No Campfires or Fire Pits allowed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
No refunds will be given for cancellations at any time.
