Cancellation Policy

Your camping adventure includes these payment terms:

• Remaining balance automatically processed 3 days before arrival
• Post-departure charges processed within 48 hours

As a courtesy to our guests, the Resort will charge any outstanding balances due to the Card on file within 48 hours of departure. Guests will have up to 5 business days to dispute any such charges.

If you encounter a change in plans, we invite you to reach to us as soon as possible.  Advance notices allows us to explore rescheduling possibilities together. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy or other reservation details, feel free to contact us at any time.
