Refund Policy

The Standing Pines management team retains sole discretion for refunds.  Certain situations and/or failure to follow staff directions, distrubing other guests, disorderly conduct, and similar behaviors that do not align with Standing Pines values may trigger guest removal with no refund possible.

We strongly encourage guests to reach out directly to the team in the Welcome Center with any concerns, questions or suggestions. It is our goal to ensure a family friendly enviroment for all Standing Pines guests.  

Please note that while the staff may make additional indoor activities available, no refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
