Welcome to Wildly Comfortable Camping! We're excited to help you discover memories together at Standing Pines. These policies ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment while protecting our shared camping community.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Standing Pines for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Standing Pines from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Standing Pines may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Standing Pines reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort. All pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the lead guest on the reservation.  Guests must have vaccination records available for pets staying at Standing Pines. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. 

Payment info: Any unpaid balances will be automatically charged to your credit card 3 days prior to your arrival date. For any questions on this please contact the office. 

Guests bringing golf carts, scooters, e-bikes or other personal recreational vehicles or equipment must provide a valid operator's license and proof of insurance upon check.  Guests bringing EVs must notify management in advance so that proper protocals for charging moter vehicles (cars, trucks, vans, etc) onsite may be followed.  

The guest accepts and assumes full liability for any property damage, including damage to landscaping, facilities, utilities, or other campsite structures, caused by the guest’s recreational vehicle, equipment, attachments, or any personal property while staying at the resort. Guests bringing golf carts, scooters, e-bikes or other personal recreational vehicles must provide a valid operator's license and proof of insurance upon check-in to verify capability and coverage for operation of said vehicles on resort grounds.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Standing Pines or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
