ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking a stay at Starlite Vintage Resort, the individual completing the reservation (hereinafter the “Guest”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. These govern the use of the resort, facilities, amenities, and any equipment or items rented or purchased during the stay. The Guest also accepts full responsibility for the actions, conduct, safety, and compliance of all individuals in their party.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
Guests acknowledge that they are staying in vintage RVs that do not conform to modern safety standards. This includes, but is not limited to, outdated structural features, limited insulation, retrofitted systems, and lack of certain safety features. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and well-being and understand the unique risks inherent to vintage accommodations.

USE OF EQUIPMENT
Any equipment rented (e.g., bicycles, scooters, kayaks) is provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied. Starlite Vintage Resort does not guarantee the safety, condition, or suitability of any such equipment. Guests are responsible for inspecting all equipment prior to use and assume all risks associated with its operation.

PET POLICY
Limitations: Maximum of 2 pets per booking. Each pet must weigh 50 lbs or less unless approved by management.
Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per stay applies. Additional cleaning charges may apply.
Requirements: Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and free of parasites.
While On-Site:

Pets must be leashed or in a carrier at all times.
No pets may be left unattended in cabins, vehicles, or on resort grounds.
Pet waste must be disposed of properly using designated receptacles.
Restricted Areas: Pets are not permitted in shared bathrooms, showers, or food service areas.
Responsibility: The Guest is liable for any damage or injury caused by their pets.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Starlite Vintage Resort, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, accident, theft, loss, or death occurring on the premises or during the use of its facilities or equipment. Guests waive all related claims and assume personal responsibility for their experience.

INDEMNIFICATION
Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Starlite Vintage Resort and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

Their use of the resort, amenities, or equipment
The conduct or negligence of any individual in their party
Any breach of these terms and conditions

CHILDREN AND MINORS
The Guest is fully accountable for the supervision, safety, and behavior of all minors in their group. Starlite Vintage Resort assumes no responsibility for any injury, accident, or incident involving children.

PLAYGROUND AND PLAY AREAS
The resort features outdoor play areas, including climbing structures. Use is at guests’ own risk.
Supervision: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Disclaimer: Starlite Vintage Resort is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from use of the playground equipment.

POOL USE

No Lifeguard on Duty: The pool is unsupervised. Guests swim at their own risk.
Children Under 14: Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the fenced pool area unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Gate Responsibility: Each guest is responsible for ensuring that the pool gate is closed and securely latched behind them at all times to prevent unsupervised access by minors.
No Glass: Glass containers are prohibited in and around the pool area.

Compliance: Guests must follow all posted pool rules and hours for the safety and enjoyment of everyone.

FIRE RING USE AND WILDFIRE RISK
Open fires are permitted only when local conditions allow.

Fires must be supervised by an adult at all times.
All fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the immediate fire ring area, even temporarily.
Guests are liable for any damages, penalties, or costs arising from improper fire use.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES

The resort is located in a windy, high-risk wildfire area—guests must secure items and observe all fire precautions.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and must be respected.
Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
Starlite Vintage Resort does not provide medical care. Guests should contact emergency services (911) if medical attention is needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
30+ Days Before Arrival: $25 cancellation fee
14–30 Days Before Arrival: 50% of reservation cost forfeited
Less than 14 Days Before Arrival: No refund

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By completing a reservation, the Guest confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of themselves and all individuals in their party.
