Refund Policy

Starved Rock Family Campground does not give credit or refunds due to the discomfort of nature. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in removal from the Campground without a refund.  Cancellations of reservations are refunded according to the Campground's Cancellation Policy, and refunds for any other reason will be given at the discretion of Campground Management. Camp Credit can only be redeemed in the same calendar year as the cancelled reservation and can only be applied toward booking a campsite. For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to reservation.
