By accepting this reservation, Guests hereby waives, releases, and discharges and covenants not to sue Statesville RV Park I-77 for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Statesville RV Park I-77 from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Statesville RV Park I-77 may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Statesville RV Park I-77 reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

PLEASE BE AWARE - WE DO NOT ALLOW ANDERSEN BUCKETS OR THE LIKE. LEVELING AIDS CAN NOT HAVE HOLLOW BOTTOMS

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be on a leash at all times, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. If staying in the pet friendly cabin a $50 cleaning fee is charged. There will be a $100fee for cleanup of any pet waste left on the site or caught not curbing your pet. PET FENCES ALLOWED WITH $100 DEPOSIT. 

GOLF CARTS - permitted with proof of insuance of gold cart. Can only be driven by licensed adult (over 18) on insurance policy

Trash Policy: There is a $35 trash clean up fee for any trash left on your site. There is no trash pick up at this campground. You are responsible for taking your trash to the dumpsters. In addition, you will be charged a cigarette cleaning fee of $50 for any butts left on the site.

Check in time is at 3 PM and check out time is at 11 AM. We do offer early arrival and late (for a fee). Check out if it is available on your site. Those attempting to check in prior to 11 AM will be charged an additional night stay.

Our campground is highly maintained, therefore we do not permit the use of ground mats of any kind.

Due to liabilty, no tarps, tents (except tent sites may use a tent only), or popup structures are permitted on the campground.

Any damage done to the property by any guests shall be charged to the card on file with the understanding that this charge will not be disputed.

Extra Vehicles, trailers, boats - Only one vehicle and one camper per site. Any extra vehicles will be charged an addtional parking pass at $5 per day per vehicle. Parking will be assigned at check in. Trailers and boats will require their own site. This is only an option if a site is available at check in. The rate is $35 per night. Any  boats, trailers, and vehicles not registered at the office and proper payment will be towed at the owners expense. Be sure to have parking permit visible to avoid towing.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Statesville RV Park I-77 or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper, or group of campers for any cause.

We do not permit any mail or packages for guests.

For stays less than 28 nights:
Reservations canceled less than 7 nights before arrival will lose the deposit amount paid.
Reservations canceled 8 or more days in advance of arrival will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
For stays greater than 28 nights:
Extended Stay Reservations are held with a non-refundable deposit of $100. Any monthly guest who departs early will not get a refund for unused dates.

Race Weekends, Balloon Fest, Special Event Weekends, and Holidays - There will be NO REFUNDS. Often times we turn down requests for sites on these weekends since we are holding this site for you. Due to the loss we would and have incur, we will no longer offer any refunds for cancellations or early departures.
