Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ AND OBEY

Age Restrictions
October1- April 30 / Under 18 will be allowed inside the park however will not be allowed inside our clubhouse, pool or spa area.  18+ allowed in all areas.
May 1 - October 1  / All ages are welcome inside park, pool area.  Our clubhouse has a 18+ pool table, sand shuffleboard table and a 18+ gym.  Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while inside clubhouse or pool/ spa area at all times.

NO ONE UNDER 18 ALLOWED IN SPA AT ANYTIME

By reserving a site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Occupancy: Rates are based on two (2) people, one travel unit, and two vehicles.

  2. Vehicle Restrictions: Only electric and gas golf carts are permitted. No ATVs, side-by-sides, tents, pop-ups, or truck campers are allowed.

  3. Electricity Charges: Guests are responsible for electricity charges for reservations of one (1) month or longer, billed at the market kilowatt-hour rate.

  4. Rate Changes: Rates are subject to change without notice.

  5. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 1 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. We strive to accommodate requested check-in times; please inform our office staff of your estimated arrival time. LATE CHECK INS AFTER 4PM MUST NOTIFY OFFICE DUE TO GATE BEING LOCKED. NO CHECK INS after 8PM.  We do allow ealry checkins afer 9AM please notify the office if you plan on arriving early so that we can insure your site is available.

  6. Parking: All vehicles must be parked completely on the concrete pad. Management reserves the right to allow other vehicles, such as boats, at their discretion.

  7. Pets: Up to two (2) pets are allowed per site,  Please consult the office for details if you have more than 2 pets.

  8. Pet Policy: Pets must be leashed at all times on the premises. Aggressive pets are not permitted. Pet owners must clean up after their pets; failure to do so may result in a $25 fee. Temporary pet enclosures are allowed only on concrete surfaces with prior management approval and must not be left unsupervised.

  9. Wildlife: This resort is home to various wildlife. Please maintain a respectful distance, as hunting is strictly prohibited. Fishing is limited to catch and release only. Swimming is not allowed in any lakes or ponds on the premises.

  10. Subleasing: Subleasing in any form is strictly prohibited. The individual checking in must be the same individual occupying the premises.

  11. Trash Collection: Trash will be collected from your curbside daily. Please place bagged trash outside before 10 AM. No trash will be collected after this time, and overnight placement is prohibited due to wildlife.

  12. Appliance Restrictions: No electrical appliances are allowed outside the unit, except for electric smokers (see office for details).

  13. Open Flames: Open flames, including charcoal grills and fire pits, are prohibited outside the unit. Controlled burn fire pits may be available at the pool area on occasion.

  14. Site Amenities: Sites are equipped with 20/30/50-amp power, water, and sewer connections.

  15. Site Availability: Monthly sites are guaranteed upon booking.  We do not charge a lock fee and your site will not be changed unless in the case of an emergency shut down such as (water leak, power outage etc.)  ALL DAILY AND WEEKLY SITES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

  16. Liability: We reserve the right to refuse service and are not responsible for damage to rigs, accidents, injuries to guests, or loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

  17. Insurance: Owners are responsible for all insurance on their personal property.

  18. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available, but reception is not guaranteed.

  19. Visitor Policy: All visitors must check in at the office upon entering the park and obtain a guest pass. Overnight guests must register at the front desk.

  20. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

  21. Clubhouse Hours: The clubhouse is open from 8 AM to 8 PM (subject to change).

  22. Pool Hours: Pool hours are from 8 AM to Dark (subject to change).

Rules and Regulations
Stillwater Preserve RV Resort Nature Trails

  1. Stay on Designated Trails: All guests must remain on designated nature trails at all times. Straying off marked paths is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
     
  2. No Feeding Wildlife: Under no circumstances should guests feed any wildlife encountered on the trails. Feeding animals can disrupt their natural behaviors and lead to potentially dangerous interactions.
     
  3. Keep a Safe Distance: Guests are required to maintain a safe distance from any wildlife encountered on the trails. Respect the animals' space and avoid approaching or attempting to touch them.
     
  4. No Provoking Wildlife: Provoking or harassing wildlife in any way is strictly prohibited. This includes making loud noises, throwing objects, or engaging in behaviors that may agitate or provoke animals.
     
  5. Leash Pets: Guests bringing pets onto the trails must keep them on a leash at all times. Unleashed pets can disturb wildlife and pose a risk to both the animals and other guests.
     
  6. Dispose of Trash Properly: Trash and food waste should be properly disposed of in designated containers. Leaving trash on the trails can attract wildlife and create potential hazards.
     
  7. Emergency Contact Information: Guests are encouraged to carry emergency contact information with them while on the trails in case of any incidents or emergencies.
     
  8. Report Wildlife Sightings: Guests are encouraged to report any sightings of potentially dangerous wildlife to resort staff immediately. This includes animals such as wild hogs or venomous snakes.
     
  9. Stay Aware of Surroundings: Guests should remain vigilant and aware of their surroundings while on the trails. This includes watching for wildlife, uneven terrain, and potential hazards.
     
  10. Catch and Release Fishing Only: Fishing in any of our lakes is permitted for catch and release purposes only. All fish caught must be promptly released back into the water unharmed. This rule emphasizes the conservation of fish populations within our lakes, promoting sustainable angling practices while allowing guests to enjoy the recreational activity of fishing during their stay.
     
  11. Use Caution During Dusk and Dawn: Exercise extra caution while using the trails during dusk and dawn when wildlife activity tends to increase. Consider avoiding trail use during these times if possible.
     
  12. Respect Trail Closures: In the event of trail closures due to wildlife activity or other safety concerns, guests must adhere to posted signs and instructions from resort staff.
     
  13. Assumption of Risk: All guests using the nature trails do so at their own risk. By accessing the trails, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and wildlife encounters.
     
  14. Children Must Be Supervised: Children must be closely supervised by adults while on the trails. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their safety and adherence to trail rules.
     
  15. First Aid and Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with first aid procedures and emergency protocols before using the trails. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, contact resort staff immediately for assistance.
  16. Compliance with Local Regulations: Guests must comply with all local regulations and laws while using the trails, including those pertaining to wildlife protection and conservation.

By adhering to these rules, guests can enjoy the beauty of Stillwater Preserve RV Resort's nature trails while minimizing potential risks and ensuring the safety of both themselves and the wildlife inhabiting the area.
