Welcome to Stoke Run, located at 3495 Tugend Road, Butler, Ohio 44822 — a one-of-a-kind action sports campground. By booking a stay or entering the property, all guests agree to the following:

• This is not a traditional campground. Stoke Run is an active environment with motocross, electric vehicles, BMX, skateboarding, and other high-energy action sports. Noise, dust, and activity are expected.

• All guests — whether riding, spectating, or camping — must sign our waiver. This includes full acceptance of risk and acknowledgment that no insurance is provided by Stoke Run LLC or affiliated parties.

• You agree to follow all posted signs, safety rules, and staff directions. Failure to do so may result in removal without refund.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety, gear, and site setup. Campfires are only allowed in designated areas. Generator use may be restricted during quiet hours.

• By entering the property, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use.

Your presence at Stoke Run means you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of an action sports environment and agree to hold harmless Stoke Run LLC, its landowners, and affiliates.
