RV Park Information, Rules and Regulations

Payment

·         Credit or Debit cards ONLY.

·         No Cash or Checks accepted.

           Payment must be made in full before arrival.

·         Reservations must be made on stoneledgervpark.com

Fees

·         Full RV Hookups (30 & 50 AMP) no tent camping available.

·         $50 per night plus tax

·         $325 per week plus tax

·         $800 per month

           Nightly, weekly fees include water, sewer and power.

           Monthly fees include water, sewer and power. Power usage up to $50.00 per month. Any overage of power will be charged to customer at             a rate of $.09 per KWH.

           WI-FI coming soon.

           Restrooms, showers and laundry coming soon.

Check-in and Out

·         Check-in time is 1:00 PM.

·         Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Cancellations, No Shows and changes in Reservations

·         Cancellations completed 7 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee.

·         Cancellation of reservation less than 7 days will be subject to a fee equivalent to one-night’s stay plus tax. We charge the one-night stay to the card on file that was used to book your stay.

·         No shows and late arrivals will be charged the full rate plus tax for the first night.

·         Unscheduled extensions to stays are subject to availability. Site requests are welcome, but requests for specific sites are not guaranteed.

·         No refunds will be issued for any unstayed days of a reservation.

·         All cancellations prior to 72 hours of check-in date will not be refunded but will be rescheduled for a later date in the same season.  

·         We are sorry, but there is NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

·         Late departures will be subject to another night stay.

RV Park Pet Policies

·         We are a pet-friendly park.

·         The pet relief area is conveniently located in the northeast corner of the property. Here you will find a grass area for your pet. Please remember to clean up after your pet.

·         Pets should always be leashed and are welcome to walk the interior road of the park and please lead pets to the pet relief area for elimination.

·         Do not intentionally or accidentally use other parts of the park for elimination.

·         Pets should be kept under direct supervision and never left outside unattended. No use of any type of pet enclosures, fences, stakes or tie out cables is allowed.

·         Excessive barkers are not permitted and should never be left in RVs unattended.

·         If you do not pick up after your pet you will be asked to leave the park with no refund. This includes the (I didn’t see it happen excuse)

·         All pet policies are subject to the manager’s discretion.

RV Park General Policies

·         5 MHP speed limit for ALL vehicles throughout the RV Park.

·         Roadways must always be kept clear at all times.

·         Please do not erect any tents, canopies, screen rooms or similar structures.

·         Please park and set up only in your assigned site.

·         All sewer hook-ups are required to be airtight. Elevated hose & connection adapter are DEQ required and shall be off the ground and drain to sewer.  No leaking sewer lines or connections.

·         Campfires, open fires, and propane fire pits are prohibited in the RV park.

·         Children and pets must be supervised at all times. Use extreme caution when crossing or playing near any roads or near the canyon. We are not responsible for you or your children.

·         Mail Forwarding & Package Delivery – Sorry, we are unable to accept any mail or packages from any agencies, including USPS, UPS and Federal Express.

·         Please note that some of our sites can be difficult to back into and please know your abilities at backing up as no employee of Stone Ledge RV Park will be allowed to do this for you.

           No auto or RV repairs are to be completed on site.

·         There is a canyon at the rear of the property. You can enjoy the beautiful view but please be careful. The rock ledge can be unstable.

 

      Quiet Hours and Respect for other guests

·         Established quiet hours are 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

·         No running of generators at ANYTIME.

·         Please respect your neighbors by not walking across other campers’ sites.

·         No concessions or sales may be operated in the park area.

      Park Cleanliness

·         Mutilation or removal of any park property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

·         All sites are to be kept free of litter/trash, including cigarette and cigar butts. If you throw butts on the ground, you will be asked to leave the park with no refund.

·         Garbage containers are provided in the center of the RV Park.  All household garbage shall be bagged.  (Please crush all boxes and plastic containers.)

·         Sites that need to be cleaned up will be charged a cleanup fee of minimum $200.

·         If you leave your site a mess you will not be welcomed back and will be charged the $200 clean-up fee.

Wildlife

·         Please do not feed, harass, taunt, scare or any other form of disruption to any and all wildlife.

·         The animals were here long before us so please respect them.

·         All animal violations will be reported to the proper authorities.

Management reserves the right.

• Management shall have the authority to remove from the RV Park area anyone in violation of the above Rules & Regulations including disorderly conduct or use of illegal drugs. All illegal drugs and or use will be reported to proper authorities.
• Management reserves the right to close the RV Park at any time with a 14-day notice.
• Management reserves the right to amend, revise, and add to these rules and regulations at any time.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

·         By reading this document you hereby agree to and accept Stone Ledge RV Park rules and regulations stated therein.
