Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by fax: 770-413-5055 or email: campground@stonemountainpark.com

• Cancellations prior to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of their deposit less a $30 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations 5 days or less of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit deposit (Prepaid Packages, Yurts, and RV Rentals will also incur a $100 cancellation fee).
• Cancellations have a one-time option of moving their dates without penalty. A second move of dates will incur a $15 move fee. Only two date moves allowed. Reservations that have moved dates, then cancel, will forfeit entire original deposit.
