Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Campsites:

• Cancellations made 14+ days prior to arrival: Full refund minus $10 processing fee.

• Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund.

• No refunds for early departure, no-show, or inclement weather.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Rentals:

Cancellations must be made at least 120 days in advance of the scheduled event in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
