General rules and policies:

• Events and amenities have limited availability during non peak season.
• Must be 21 years or older to rent a campsite or cabin
• Specific campsites may be requested but are not guaranteed. We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee. If you opt out of the locking fee you are guaranteed your selected site type, but not the specific unit number.
• One camping unit and one car per site extra vehicles $5 not including day guest vehicles that must park in overflow lot.
• The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the camp resort: American, Canadian, Military, sports, and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal, or garden.
• Campers may arrive on a motorcycle, but are not permitted to ride the vehicle throughout the Camp Resort.
• Sorry, we cannot accept reservations that include a Saturday arrival or departure unless made within 1 week of booking.
• Three night minimum during Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends
• Quiet hours: Sunday-Thursday 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and Friday-Saturday 11:00 PM through 8:00 AM.
• No bicycle riding after dark period helmets recommended.
• Guests must obey all federal and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any of the property buildings or common areas. The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in a parking area if permitted by law. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices as strictly prohibit prohibited.
• Since the property is located on the waterfront, a weather emergency plan is in place for potential severe weather. Guests should review the plan with park staff at check-in for full details.

Campsite Reservations:

• Check-In: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Cancellation & Refund Policies:

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts or nature. The fun continues rain or shine. 

The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event of a natural disaster is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest's residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date OR when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

Daily/Weekly Reservations:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund. 
• Cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% Camp Credit, that may be used towards a future stay.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will receive no refund. 
• Cancellation of a stay over the Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day holidays, will receive no refund. Please be sure of your plans when you book your stay.
• Cancellation after check-in and no shows will receive no refund.

Monthly Reservations:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund, minus the $200 booking prepayment. 
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will receive no refund.
• Cancellation of a stay over the Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day holidays, will receive no refund. Please be sure of your plans when you book your stay.
• Cancellation after check-in and no shows will receive no refund.
