Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

For all stays shorter than 30 nights, no refunds are given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded (minus a $20.00 processing fee) in the form used for the payment. Deposits for all reservations cancelled less than 14 days before your arrival date will be forfeited. Monthly Stays: For all stays of 30 nights or longer, no refunds will be given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will be refunded in the form used for payment. Deposits for all reservations cancelled less than 30 days before your arrival date will be forfeited.

Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be returned to the original credit/debit card used ONLY. If this credit/debit card is no longer available, a refund will be issued by check. NO EXCEPTIONS.

This cancellation policy may vary for group/extended stay reservations. Please refer to your agreement for your specific cancellation policy.
