Cancellation Policy

RV, Tent, and rentals:
No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations. We do allow the guest to move their reservation one time to another date without the cancellation penalty. If the original reservation date is moved to a new date and the guest cancels the moved reservation no refunds will given.
Cabins

PAYMENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND.  

WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION ON CAMPSITES, TENT SITES, SHELTER HOUSES AND CABINS, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR 1/2 OF THE RESERVATION CHARGES AT THE TIME THE RESERVATION IS MADE.  THE OTHER HALF OF THE COST WILL BE PAID AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN.  YOU ARE WELCOME TO CHANGE YOUR DATES FOR THE RESERVATION RATHER THAN CANCEL.  IF YOU DO CANCEL AND DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER DATE YOU WOULD LIKE TO UTILIZE THE RESERVATION, YOU WILL FORFEIT THE DOWN PAYMENT MONEY.  SULLIVAN COUNTY PARK AND LAKE DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS.
