Cancellations

One night of reservation charges are non-refundable within 24 hours of expected check-in but can be canceled anytime through contacting our staff. The 3% credit card processing fee is not refundable.

If not canceled and no one checks in or contacts us within 24 hours of expected check-in then the site may be unreserved & available to be rebooked. No refund will automatically be issued in that case but if contacting us then may be offered for future unused reserved nights.

Exceptions can be made by park administration for government issued warnings, evacuation orders, safety reasons or by their discretion via either a credit for the amount of future reserved nights or refunding the unused nights.

Your reservation will be canceled if a chargeback is received without alternate payment being received or reasonable attempts being made to resolve with park administration.

Changes

You can change reservations yourself online or we can change them for you by request. Be aware the entire reservation may be re-rated to the current pricing automatically although we can advise you how to make sure that your rates are what they should be.
