We reserve the right to deny future reservations if there are any unpaid funds due to us or if our terms and/or policies for all guests have been broken. Refer also to our Cancellation & Refund Policies here on CampSpot as well as our Privacy Policy at https://www.summeracresrv.com/privacy-policy/. The cost of our utilities is included in our pricing & not usage based. 

You agree to follow all laws & ordinances while on our property as well as our policies as directed by park management and partially defined here.

All our sites have 10' x 30' concrete slabs. Back-in sites each have an adjacent 10' x 20' parking spot and pull-through sites have 10' x 10' concrete patios instead. So back-in sites may not be able to use their front slide-out comfortably if also using their parking spot. Extended use of the overflow parking spots may need to be approved by management. All roads are one-way with the park entrance on the East side (the left when pulling in from County Road 32) & the exit on the West side of the park. Don't exceed the speed limit of 5 miles an hour or intentionally peel out to avoid damaging our roads/parking spots or throwing dirt/debris at others & their property.

There is a limit of 6 people allowed on the property total per site reservation at once including adults, kids, and your visitors. No more than 2 pets per site as well. You are responsible for those joining you and your pet's actions as well. Always immediately pick up after your pet's waste. Don't leave any trash on the ground (even if in bags) since should be disposed of in the dumpster or offsite. Be respectful of others so everyone can enjoy their stay. Pets or people causing problems may be asked to leave if not addressed after a warning from management.

RV/campers can't be more than 10 years old unless approved by management. All of the vehicles brought onsite need to stay in good visual condition as well as being fully operational. You are responsible for connecting to our electric, water & sewer hook-ups and cleaning up any spills promptly. No excess stuff outside and beyond your reserved site. Your site should be completely clear upon departure as well. Any outdoor fire is not permitted without management's inspection and approval every time.
