Deposit, Cancellation, & Refund Policy

*Not applicable to annual rates.

• One month or greater deposit is $250.
• Payment for daily and weekly rates are due in full at time of reservation and are NON REFUNDABLE.
• Cancellation of one month or greater require a written notice of at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A $100 processing fee will be applied on all refunds.
• Cancellation of one month or greater require a written notice of at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A $100 processing fee will be applied on all refunds. No refunds will be issued after November 30th for reservations in January, February or March.
