To ensure our registered guests have the best possible experience, attendance is limited to 6 registered guests per site (both RV sites and cottages). We will issue a maximum of 6 wristbands per site and consistently check to ensure that only guests with wristbands are enjoying all that Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore has to offer. We acknowledge that this is different than the policy on the website and hope to have that corrected soon. Please know that we are trying to protect your experience!

Your Site # is subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid during the time of booking. 

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

If applicable, a daily $10 USD resort fee is added to each reservation. Fee includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, activities, access to onsite facilities and more. Amenities may vary by location.Sun does not guarantee that amenities will be available to guests at all times. Certain amenities are subject to seasonal closures, closure for repair, maintenance, or other purposes, or may not have capacity to accommodate all guests at the desired time of use.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets.

Discounts:  All applicable discounts must be applied at the time of booking.  All rates and promotions are subject to change, anytime, without notice. All applicable discounts are only valid on new reservations and cannot be applied to existing reservations.

Payment in Full Preferred 7 Days in Advance - this will faciltate a much faster arrival experience for you.

Please note that the credit card used to secure your reservation at time of booking will be charged for the remaining balance due no later than 7 days in advance of your arrival. If you discontinue use of the card used to secure your reservation, please be sure to notify us of the change and provide a new credit card as inability to charge for the balance due a minimum of 7 days in advance of your arrival MAY result in cancelation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

For all stays shorter than 30 nights, no refunds are given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded (minus a $20.00 processing fee) in the form that was used for the payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date. Monthly Stays: For all stays of 30 nights or longer, no refunds will be given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to your arrival date.

This cancellation policy may vary for group/extended stay reservations. Please refer to your agreement for your specific cancellation policy.

Resort and Water Feature Waiver and Release of Liability

I acknowledge that as a participant or guardian, that in entering Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore, I may be exposed to the possible risk of injury and in serious cases death from the use of the resort and amenities contained within. All reasonable precautions have been taken to make Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore as safe as possible. I agree that this waiver and release of liabilities signed today is valid for the entire stay as reserved here at Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore as guardian for any of the participants listed below, or for myself as a participant.

I hereby do assume all risks, and release and will hold harmless Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore, their owners, management, employees and agents and/or any other person from any and all liability, actions, caused of action, debts, claims, and demands of any kind and nature whatsoever which I now have, or which may arise out of or in connection with my use of the resort and/or its amenities.

I acknowledge that I am the parent, legal guardian, or participant listed below and I have permission to execute this agreement for waiver and release of liability. I acknowledge that as guardian or participant, that I, my child/children, or ward named below are physically able to participate in/on all amenities of the resort, I am legally competent to understand and complete this agreement and I execute this agreement without coercion.

I understand that the amenities at Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore are also shared by others that staff and management have no control over, and I agree to assume all liability for myself, child/children or ward named below, even if arising from negligence from other participants, employees or management of Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore.

I agree to read all posted signs and understand that all grounds/amenities are “at your own risk” and that Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore does not have lifeguards on duty. I agree to always follow all instructions from the staff while at Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore.

I for myself, participants named below and next of kin agree to hold harmless and indemnify Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore, their owners, management, employees, and agents from all injuries, liabilities, or damages from participation. I additionally agree to indemnify Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore against any legal cost, medical cost, and any other expense arising from all injuries, liabilities, or damages from participation at the amenities here at Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore.

Image and Audio Release

By signing as a registered guest at this campground, you hereby give consent to Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore, to take and use images (photographs or video) and/or audio recordings of me and to disclose these images or audio recordings in any public media, including radio, television, internet or print, or in various publications of our choosing. I understand that the intended use of such images and/or audio recordings is for advertising, marketing, fundraising, or promotional purposes. I hereby waive any right to or interest in these images and/or audio recordings.

I acknowledge that this consent is being made solely for the benefit of Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore and its management, and without any expectation of compensation or other benefit to me. To the extent that any benefit accrues or might accrue to BWD from the use of these images and/or audio recordings, I hereby and forever waive any interest in or claim to such benefits.  

I hereby release and forever discharge Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore and its franchised affiliates (including without limitation all corporate affiliates and officers, directors, employees, and agents) from all claims, liability, actions, suits, demands, costs, expenses, or indebtedness arising out of, related to, or in any way connected with the use of images and/or audio recordings as described herein.
