Your Site # is subject to change prior to arrival, unless a site lock fee was paid during the time of booking .If, due to unforeseeable circumstances, your specific site is unavailable at the time of arrival, the fee will be fully refunded. Site lock fees are non-refundable if the reservation date is changed or cancelled.
All reservations include a maximum of 6 guests unless otherwise stated. Rates are based on the maximum occupancy of a site, which is 6 people. The individual reserving the site must be a minimum of 18 years of age and be physically present at the time of check in.
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Sun Outdoors for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sun Outdoors from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Sun Outdoors may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Sun Outdoors reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
A reservation deposit is due at time of booking. We do not accept reservations without this deposit. All nightly and weekly reservations require a deposit of two nights or half of your stay, whichever is greater. Monthly reservations require a deposit of $500. Any balances are due upon arrival. Checks are only accepted 30 days in advance.
If applicable, a daily $10 USD resort fee is added to each reservation. Fee includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, activities, access to onsite facilities and more. Amenities may vary by location.Sun does not guarantee that amenities will be available to guests at all times. Certain amenities are subject to seasonal closures, closure for repair, maintenance, or other purposes, or may not have capacity to accommodate all guests at the desired time of use.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort but pets may not disturb other guests, and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and no pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even on the site or if restrained. There is a maximum of two pets per reservation with a $50 non-refundable fee per reservation for any pet in a vacation or cottage rental. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. If management determines that a pet is disruptive or aggressive, they have sole discretion to require the guest to restrict the pet's behavior or location, or remove the pet from the resort. If a guest is unwilling or unable to restrict the pet or have it removed from the resort, as requested by management, management has the right to immediately terminate the guest's reservation and evict the guest from the resort, without refund. All pets must also be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. Upon check-in, you are required to notify the office of your pets if you have not already added them to your reservation during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy: Canceling or shortening a nightly or weekly reservation during March 14 – October 31,2025 must be done at least 14 days prior to the arrival date or deposits will be forfeited. Canceling or shortening a monthly reservation must be done 45 days prior to arrival date or deposits will be forfeited. Canceling a seasonal stay will result in deposit being forfeited. Site lock in fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy: Refunds are prohibited for weather condition, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued. All refunds processed via credit/debit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
Golf Cart Policy: If you would like to reserve a golf cart rental for your stay, please call our Welcome Center. Golf carts can only be picked up during Welcome Center business hours.
Proof of insurance coverage of at least $150,000 is required prior to the use of a personal cart in the park. Please provide an insurance declaration page to the Welcome Center at time of check in. There is a $10.00 per night fee for personal golf carts.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out Policy: Early check-in may be available for $30; contact the resort office the morning of your arrival for availablilty. Late check-out may be available for $30; check with the resort office on your day of depature for availabilty.
Any guest that have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, and have not made prior arrangements with the resort staff, will be considered a no-show reservation and forfeit their deposit, as well as be charged the remainder of their balance.
