To ensure our registered guests have the best possible experience, attendance is limited to 6 registered guests per site (both RV sites and cottages). We will issue a maximum of 6 wristbands per site and consistently check to ensure that only guests with wristbands are enjoying all that Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay has to offer. 

Your Site # is subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee is paid during the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

For all stays shorter than 30 nights, no refunds are given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded (minus a $20.00 processing fee) in the form that was used for the payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date. Monthly Stays: For all stays of 30 nights or longer, no refunds will be given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to your arrival date.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

If applicable, a daily $10/15 USD resort fee is added to each reservation. Fee includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, activities, access to onsite facilities and more. Amenities may vary by location. 

Cottage Information - Towels and Linens: 

One set of bath towels and linens is provided during your stay and will not be replenished regardless of how long the stay is. Please bring additional beach towels for the swimming pool and beach if needed.

Respect Your Neighbor: Please be considerate of your neighbors’ privacy and space. Do not walk on or cut through another camper’s site. Respect our local culture, wildlife, and other guests. Please be mindful of our local bylaws and conservation of resources. Refrain from any inappropriate language and actions with respect to race, religion, sexual orientation, and politics. The presence of any controversial language, actions, visuals, or symbols that may be deemed offensive or inappropriate (e.g., political signs, confederate flag, swastika, racial slurs, etc.) will not be permitted on the property.

SITE LOCATIONS & TENT ACCOMMODATIONS All site numbers are subject to change prior to arrival. In the event you have paid a site lock fee in connection with your reservation, and the selected site is unavailable for any reason upon your arrival, the site lock fee will be fully refunded. Only certified RV types are permitted unless prevented by specific site constraints, this includes Class A, B, and C Motorhomes, 5th wheels, and travel trailers. We reserve the right to inspect any personal property that you bring into the resort, and we may refuse access if your property is not properly constructed, is unsafe, or is unsuitable for the resort. Tents, pop up campers, and conversion vans are only permitted on designated sites. Sites are designed to accommodate one unit at a time. Only one “pup” tent may act as a secondary unit on a site at the discretion of Sun Outdoors as site size allows, and must be taken down during the day. One dining canopy tent is permitted, but may not be up in conjunction with a “pup” tent, and must be properly secured at all times. Sites must be cleaned up of garbage and debris prior to departure. Additional charges may result for sites requiring additional cleaning.

VISITORS Guests may have visitors (individuals not registered on the reservation or agreement) visit them, so long as such visitors do not cause the guest to exceed the maximum permitted occupancy listed above. Visitors must register at the welcome center and are subject to any applicable guest fees. The daily visitor fee is $10 per person. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors. Visitors are only permitted to be on property when resort guests are present. It is the responsibility of the guests to come into the welcome center to register all visitors

Smoking/Alcohol/Marijuana/Illegal Drug Use: Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay is a family campground. There is no smoking allowed in any vacation rental unit, restroom and shower facilities, indoor facilities, laundry facility, pool facility, pavilion, playground, welcome center, common areas or any outdoor amenities. Smoking is allowed on your own site if it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking age adults at your site or rental, as well as throughout the resort if concealed. Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner. Public intoxication is not permitted; violators will be evicted. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

Theft and Loss: Campers are responsible for securing their own personal property, including, but not limited to, their campers and contents, vehicles, tents, or any other personal property. Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay, its owners, agents and employees are not responsible or liable for theft and assume no liability for accidents or damage caused by Acts of God or other casualty or damage such as, but not limited to, theft or loss of any kind, dog bites, fallen trees, limbs or branches (alive or dead), fires, floods, windstorms, electric outages, explosions, lightning strikes, accidents or vandalism to your camping unit, vehicle or other personal property and/or the personal property of your visitors. Campers are responsible for having insurance policies on their rigs.

Golf Carts: Personal golf carts are permitted fro a $10 per day fee, however, must be registered at the welcome center; proof of liability insurance id required. Personal golf carts must be electric and have working headlights. All operators must be 16 years of age and have a valid driver's license and registered with the Welcome Center. ATV’s, UTV, large terrain vehicles, dirt bikes or other motorized toys, or non-licensed/non-registered vehicles are prohibited.

TRANSPORTATION Non-motorized skateboards, scooters, roller blades, roller skates and bicycles are permitted to be utilized as long as they are done so in a safe and quiet manner. Operation of motorized micro mobility devices (Ebikes, electric scooter, ect) is allowed for those over 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license. Motorized items such as drones, motorbikes, hover boards and similar motorized recreational items are prohibited. 

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Pets cannot be left alone. Owners must clean up after their pet. There is a $100 fine for failure to clean up after your pet. Waste bags are located throughout the property for your convenience. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets.If you are traveling with pets please uplod a copy to your waiver or bring a copy or have a photo of vaccination records available at check in.  

Discounts:  All applicable discounts must be applied at the time of booking.  All rates and promotions are subject to change, anytime, without notice. All applicable discounts are only valid on new reservations and cannot be applied to existing reservations.

Payment in Full Preferred 7 Days in Advance - this will facilitate a much faster arrival experience for you.

Amenities & Facilities: Please remember that all amenities are on a seasonal and weather dependent schedule that may have limited hours during the spring and fall. We reserve the right to close any facility at our discretion without prior notice. Please refer to posted rules and regulations throughout the property for additional information on our amenities.  Amenities may vary by location. Sun does not guarantee that amenities will be available to guests at all times. Certain amenities are subject to seasonal closures, closure for repair, maintenance, or other purposes, or may not have capacity to accommodate all guests at the desired time of use.
