Cancellation Policy

Nightly/Weekly Stays: For all stays, no refunds are given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 15 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Refunds will be granted for:

• Cancellations made within 24-hours of booking a reservation with an arrival date greater than 72-hours from time of booking.
• Cancellations made at least 15 days in advance of check-in.

Refunds will be processed to the form that was used for payment.

Monthly Stays: For all stays of 30 nights or longer, no refunds will be given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to your arrival date.

Rally's and Groups: All reservations booked, confirmed and claimed through a group reservation are subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. Deposits will be forfeited for claimed reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
