Thank you for being our Guest at Sundial RV Park! To help make your visit a pleasant experience for you and other guests, we ask that you abide by the following rules:
ARRIVAL: Check-in is at 2:00 pm. DEPARTURE: Check-out is at 11:00 am.
GENERAL POLICY
1.) We are sure you will enjoy our park. Our job is to help you. If we may be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask.
2.) In the event I fail to contact Campground prior to my departure, they have my authorization to run my credit card for monies due. This will also include any damage fees.
3.) THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE TO VACATE THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME FOR ANY INFRACTION OF THESE REGULATIONS OR OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR AND MAY CHANGE OR ADD TO THESE REGULATIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE; INCLUDING PRICING CHANGES. VERBAL AGREEMENTS ARE NON-BINDING AND MAY BE CHANGED AT ANY TIME. CAMPGROUND, OR IT'S OWNER AND EMPLOYEES, ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR LOSSES FROM ANY CAUSE.
4.) We DO NOT accept Cash, Checks, Certified Cashier's Checks, Traveler’s Checks or Money Orders.
GUESTS/VISITORS
1.) All guests and visitors must register at the main office upon arrival.
2.) All sites are priced for 2 people and 1 vehicle. Additional Vehicle will be allowed with approval from the manager.
3.) Guests and visitors are the direct responsibility of the registered party; including minors. Failure of guests and/or visitors to adhere to any of the rules of the park may lead to the removal of the entire party from the RV park without a refund.
4.) Visitors must exit the park by 10:00 p.m.
5.) Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This means no loud conversation, loud music, generators and/or anything else that might disturb the guests peace around the park.
6.) Sundial RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage of any property.
7.) For safety reasons, all children should be supervised at all times and specifically at his/her site between these hours. All children 12 years-old or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
VEHICLES:
1.) The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH at all times and all vehicles, including golf carts, ATVs and bicycles, must be driven on roads only.
2.). Parking on concrete pads is not permitted.
3.) Overnight parking alongside any of the roads in the park is not permitted.
4.) All vehicles, trailers, and motorcycles must be registered and have current tags.
PETS:
1.) Pets are required to be kept on a leash at all times. Pets may never be left unattended anywhere on the property.
2.) Pets are not allowed in any of the park buildings.
3.) You must clean up after your pet. Failure to do so will result in a pet cleaning fee of $50. Repeat offenders will be required to leave without a refund.
4.) Guests are required to have proof of pet vaccinations.
5.) We reserve the right to refuse aggressive pets, and do not allow the following breeds:
* Pit bulls, micro pit, american staffordshire, staffordshire bull terrior, American Bully and Bull Terrior
▪ Rottweiler
▪ Chow
▪ Wolf dogs and hybrids
▪ Presa Canario (Canary dog)/Cane Corso
▪ Akita
▪ German Shepherd
▪ Husky
▪ Mastiff
▪ Alaskan Malamute
▪ Doberman Pinscher
▪ Belgian Malinois6.) Wildlife do enter the Park. Do not attempt to engage with them in any way as they could become aggressive. Simply observe them in their natural state and leave them alone. Always be mindful of small children and pets. Do not store food outside and immediately dispose of all garbage and pet waste.
RV and SITE Appearance:
1.) It is the guest’s responsibility to keep their site clean and in an orderly fashion.
2.) We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on its appearance, age, and or condition. Rigs older than 20 years of age require manager approval prior to check-in. Failure to obtain prior approval or inaccurately reporting the year of your RV may result in the cancellation of your reservation upon arrival with no refund.
3.) FEMA TRAILERS, TENTS, POP-UPS, AND TRUCK CAMPERS ARE SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED.
4.) No tents, temporary parking structures or anything similar is allowed on any of the sites.
5.) For your convenience, trash dumpsters are located in the park. Please refer to the park map for locations. Trash dumpsters are for household garbage ONLY. No mattresses, furniture, hazardous materials, etc. There will be a fine of $25 if non-household garbage is found in the dumpster.
6.) In case of emergency, management reserves the right to move vehicles or belongings without notice or liability.
7.) Do not put any nails or screws in any tree, picnic table or posts. Clothes lines are not allowed.
8.) Alcohol may be consumed in moderation at your site only. Public display of alcohol is discouraged. Open alcohol should be in a cup or other insulating device. Public displays of drunkenness is prohibited and will result in expulsion from the park without a refund.
9.) Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
10.) The use of profanity is prohibited.
11.) Brandishing firearms is prohibited.
12.) Please dispose of cigarette butts. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $25. Repeat offenders will be required to leave without a refund.
13.) Smoking is not permitted in any of the park buildings, or any common areas to include the front patio area of the clubhouse.
14.) Cargo trailers, utility trailers, car dollies, tires, exercise equipment, generators, refrigerators, and other storage containers are not allowed on your site or under your RV. Trash cans placed at individual sites are strictly prohibited.
15.) All RVs must be equipped with their own holding tank.
16.) All RV's need to have Jack Pads or blocks under the jacks.
17.) All cords, cables, and hoses should not be bundled or coiled, however they shall be places out of the main walk areas near your rv. Properly size your electric line for your unit. No light duty extension cords allowed. A Surge protector appropriate for your RV is required.
18.) Pressure regulators are recommended for your water connection.
19.) It is mandatory that your sewer & gray water hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gases from escaping.
20.) Normal outdoor items such as chairs, grills, and bikes are permitted outside of your unit, but storage of other items are not permitted.
21.) Holiday decorations must be removed within (2) weeks of the holiday.
22.) No trimming of trees or planting at sites.
23.) No bird feeders or wind chimes allowed.
24.) NO OUTSIDE PROJECTS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN THE PARK
25.) Air conditon units will only be allowed in a window, if not in an emegergany exit or placed on a stand.
Cancellation Policy
Canceling your reservation on the day of or 30 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Canceling your reservation more than 30 days will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR SHORTENED STAYS
Monthly Guests:
RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. BALANCE DUE MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND TERMS OF SERVICE ACCEPTED AND SIGNED BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO PARK.
1.) Monthly guests in the park are MONTHLY GUESTS only – not permanent residents. It is the discretion of the park management to renew each guest’s monthly reservation. Reservations are made on a 3-month basis, during which time Park management will assess extending the reservation. Failure to follow the rules of the park will result in Park management choosing to evict or not to extend or renew the reservation.
2.) Electric Service is NOT included with your monthly site fee.
3.) Monthly utilities for the ending month plus the monthly site payment for the upcoming month are due by the 1st of the month. A late payment fee of $50 will be added if payment is made after the 5th of the month. If payment is not received by the end of the 5-day notice, we will not renew your reservation and you will be evicted from the park.
4.) Mailboxes are provided to guest’s who stay over 30 days. There will be a fee of $15 per mail key.
5.) Management approval required for one deck in good repair (not permanently attached).
6.) One patio set in good condition, two potted plants, two garden flags, one gas or charcoal grill, and one propane firepit allowed for monthly guests.
7.) Pet pens are permitted in the size of 10x12 x36 , must be approved by management prior.
8.) Worksite equipment and/or worksite materials are prohibited. This is to include equipment to maintain vehicles.
9.) Non-working and/or non-registered vehicles are prohibited.
10.) Electric will be charged as the local electric company bills.
INDEMNITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Customer shall indemnify and hold Campground, Owner and its employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and / or customer actions or inaction's (or those of their employees, agents, or invitees), or any other related to Customer's use or occupation of the RV site, regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the Campground parties.
THEFT OF SERVICE AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS LAW
1.) Any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the “THEFT OF SERVICES LAW.”
2.) Campground may terminate this Agreement for any or no reason by providing User a notice for User to leave the RV Site. User agrees to render peaceful possession of the RV Site to Campground within three (3) days of the date provided on the Agreement Termination Notice. The three (3) days' notice shall not be required if termination is the result of an Act of Default (as defined below). Campground may recover, as damages for User's early termination of this Agreement, an amount equal to the amount that remains outstanding for the term of this Agreement. User shall not have the right to assign or sublet the RV site here under to any person or persons. In the event any legal proceedings of any kind are instituted to collect unpaid rates as outlined in the rates and fees or electrical charges, Campground may collect from user all reasonable costs and attorneys' fees incurred in pursuing such action. Campground's failure to insist on strict compliance with the terms or conditions of this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that term or condition, nor shall any waiver or relinquishment of any right or power at any one time or times be deemed a waiver or relinquishment of the right or power for all or any other times. If any provision of this agreement is held illegal, void or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, such provision shall be severed and shall be inoperative, and the remainder of this agreement shall remain operative and binding on the parties.
3.) If you or anyone staying with you have been convicted of a crime, you must call the office before making a reservation. If you or anyone staying with you are on probation or parole, we are unable to accept any reservations.
4.) AS A CUSTOMER OF The Campground and by making a reservation, I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THESE RULES AND ANY OTHER ATTACHED PARK RULES. I also agree to vacate the premises at the request of management if I violate these rules and regulations, or falsely mis-represent any facts, without a refund of any prepaid fees. I affirm and certify that all the information and answers to questions herein are complete, true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of any facts called for in the reservation request may render it void and will be cause for termination of lot rent, whenever discovered.

By making this reservation, I hereby accept and agree to the above Rules, Regulations, Terms, Conditions and all State, Federal and Local applicable laws.
Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Sundial or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.
The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Sundial for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sundial from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Sundial may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Sundial reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
