Cancellation Policy

Sunrise Lake Family Campground’s refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the Reservation date, as follows:

- Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are without penalty but you must contact us at 989-444-8030.

-Cancellations after 24 hours of booking and up to 10 days prior to the arrival date result in a $15 processing fee,

-All cancellations within 10 days of the reservation's arrival date will result in forfeiting the first night's deposit. If the reservation has not been paid in full in advance of the arrival date the card on file will be charged for any remaining balance due.
