Cancellation Timeline

• 7 or more days before arrival
  Full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee

• 3 to 6 days before arrival
  50% refund minus a $20 cancellation fee

• Less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show
  No refund

Processing Fees

• A cancellation fee applies to all cancellations

• Credit card processing fees are non-refundable

Weather & Emergencies

Refunds are not issued due to weather, unless Sunset Ridge Campground is officially closed for safety reasons.
