Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued based on our Cancellation Policy and the timing of your cancellation.

  • No refunds will be given for:

    • No-shows or same-day cancellations

    • Early departures

    • Weather-related cancellations (unless the campground is officially closed)

    • Guest dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control (e.g., insects, weather, noise from other campers)

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Damage & Policy Violations

  • Guests may forfeit refunds if site damage occurs or campground rules are violated.
