Sunset Ridge Campground, Walkerville, Michigan
SITE USE
- Campers agree to use the assigned campsite for recreational purposes only. Campers must observe posted campground rules and quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM). Please be respectful of your neighbors.
- No generators during quiet hours.
- One camping unit per site unless approved by management.
- Maximum of 6 people per site, including visitors.
- Garbage must be kept in an enclosed container and deposited in the trash dumpsters.
- No more than 2 vehicles per lot. The second vehicle to be parked in overflow parking.
- Speed limit 5 MPH. Watch for children and pedestrians.
FIRES & SAFETY
- Campfires only allowed in designated fire rings provided.
- Do not leave campfires unattended.
- Do not burn trash, plastic, or treated wood – firewood only.
- Please keep fires at a manageable size.
- No burning during burn bans.
- Firewood must be locally sourced (within 10 miles) to prevent the spread of pests.
- Do not cut trees
PETS - DOGS
- Dogs are welcome at Sunset Ridge Campground with responsible ownership.
- All dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet and may not be left unattended.
- Campers must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.
- Excessive barking or aggressive behavior may result in removal from the campground without refund.
- Limit: 2 dogs per site. Restricted breeds may apply; inquire prior to arrival.
RV/CAMPER REQUIREMENTS
- All RVs and campers must be in good working condition and free from leaks.
- No repairs may be made on-site without prior approval.
- All units must be properly leveled and stabilized.
- Electric hookups must be used safely and in accordance with campground instructions.
DUMP STATION, WATER, ELECTRIC USE
- Improper dumping or discharge of grey/black water on the ground is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal.
- Please leave the dump station clean for the next user.
- Water hookups are for RV use only – no washing vehicles or filling large containers.
- Be respectful of power use. No heavy-load appliances without approval.
GUEST CONDUCT
- Campers are responsible for the conduct of all guests.
- Disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or failure to follow campground rules may result in eviction without refund.
- Fireworks, firearms, and explosives are strictly prohibited.
- No illegal substance or disruptive behavior. Guests will be removed without refund.
LIABILITY WAIVER
The campground is not liable for loss, theft, or injury during your stay. Campers accept full responsibility for themselves, their guests, vehicles, and pets.
DAMAGES & CHARGES
Campers will be held financially responsible for damage to campground property or facilities. A cleaning fee may apply if a site is left in poor condition.
