Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 30 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will get a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee.  

If cancellation is made  between 30 and 10 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 50% refund. 

No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 10 days in advance of the reservation start date. 

Any refunds owed will be issued back to the original method of payment.
