Cancellation Policy

All daily and weekly reservations require a 50.00 non-refundable deposit and a 5.00 non-refundable reservation fee. There are no exceptions to this policy. 

All monthly rentals require a 150.00 deposit.  With 60 days or more notice of cancellation, 75.00 will be refunded. With 59 - 30 days notice of cancellation, 50.00 will be refunded.  Less thasn 30 days notice of cancellation, the entire deposit is forfeited. 

Apartment cancellatoipn policy: The entire stay is paid ion ful at time of reservation. If guest cancels 14 days in advance, then a full refund will be given. If a guest cancels 13 - 7 days in advance, then 50% will be refunded. Less than 7 days noice, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. 

No shows and cancellations on THE SCHEDULED DAY OF ARRIVAL WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE BILLED FOR THE ENTIRE DAILY, WEEKLY, OR MONTHLY RESERVATION. Cancellations MUST be called in before the close of business (Monday-Friday by 4p CST) one day prior to your day of arrival, OR THE RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED A NO SHOW / LATE CANCELLATION AND YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY THAT YOU RESERVED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
