TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO RENTAL RV'S  MAY BE DELIVERED  / RV'S THAT ARE RENTED MUST BE DRIVEN INTO AND OUT OF THE PARK AND THE TOW VEHICLE MUST REMAIN WITH THE RV

All daily and weekly reservations require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit, and a $5.00 non-refundable booking fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.  All monthly reservations must call the office to schedule. Monthly reservations require a $150.00 deposit, plus a $5.00 non-refundable booking fee. Monthly cancellations with 60 days or more will receive a refund of $75.00, 59 - 30 days notice will receive a refund of $50.00, less than 30 days notice will forfeit the entire deposit of $55.00. NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS THE DAY OF ARRIVAL ARE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, IF STAYING MULTIPLE MONTHS, THE FIRST MONTH WILL BE CHARGED. A  CANCELLATION MUST BE MADE BEFORE 4 PM THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL TO FORFEIT JUST THE DEPOIST, OTHERWISE THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ENTIRE SCHEDULED STAY. 

Apartment cancellation policy: The entire stay is paid in full at time of reservartion. If guest cancels 14 days in advance, then a full refund will be issued.  If a guest cancels 13 - 7 days in advance, then 50% will be refunded. Less than 7 days notice, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. 

RV sites are available to rent for a max. of 6 months.Surfside RV is s short - term and seasonal RV park.  Summer monthly stays are limited,  please call for availability.  Winter seasonal reservations that incorporate the month of February require a 2 month stay. 

The base rate includes 2 guests. Additional guests 4 years old and above are $5.00 a night $30.00 a week, and $50.00 per month. All visitors must register in the office. Visitors must depart by 10:00 P.M., any overnight visitors must be pre-registered and paid for by contacting the office during business hours. There is a limit of 6 guests per site, more than 6 guests must be approved by management prior to arrival.  Base site rate includes 1 vehicle, 1 additional vehicle is allowed at $5.00 a night, $30.00 a week, and $50.00 per month.  There is a max of 2 vehicles per site. Vehicles include the following: vehicles, golf carts, and trailers. ALL GOLF CARTS THAT ARE RENTED OR PERSONALLY OWNED MUST HAVE A CURRENT PORT ARANSAS LICENSE PLATE. ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. 

All weekly and monthy stays are charged electricity at .16 KWH. The credit card on file will be charged upon departure, unless an alternate method of payment is arranged prior to departure. 

Boats are not allowed to park at Surfside RV.

All vehicles, addiotnal trailers, and golf carts require a parking pass.

Guests must be 22 years of age or older to be the designated renter of the of the RV, site. The designated renter must be present in order to hosts any guests under the age of 22. 

Rates are subject to change without notice. 

Site assignments will be assigned based on availability and are subject to change without notice.

Refunds are not issued for early departures, inclement weather, or evictions. If management directs a guest to depart the premises, refunds will not be given.  If we are under a mandatory evacuation, then all RV's must be removed from the premisies.

Vehicles that do not entirely fit on the concrete at the site, must be parked in spill over parking. No parking on the grass, or in empty RV sites. It is imperative that your vehicle fit entirely on the pad with your RV. Spillover parking is very limited. During peak times, additional parking will be designated.

Wi-fi and cable are included in the base site rate. Please do not stream, as it takes up a lot of band-width.  Our wi-fi is a shared wi-fi system and is meant for internet, checking emails, etc. It is not strong enough to manage streaming.  Cable television has been upgraded to digital and uses QUAM technology. Only very late model Smart TV's that support the new technology will be able to receive the signal. 

All pop - ups, vans, and RV's must have running water and a toilet.

Tents are not allowed.

Yard carpets are not allowed. 

RV's are not allowed to face each other. We do not have buddy sites.

Two pets max allowed. Pets may not be left outside unattended when anchored, or in an enclosure. Pets must be supervised by a person at all times. Pets must be on a leash. Port Aransas does have coyotes, watch your pets at all times. You must be in control of your pet at at all times when outdoors at our park. Pets are not allowed to walk through or relieve themselves on sites other than your assigned site. IMMEDIATELY clean up after pets. Pets are not allowed in the bath house area or pool area. If a pet displays aggression or excessive barking, the pet must be removed from the park immediately. 

Rental golf carts are allowed in the park if registered as 1 of 2 allowable vehicles.  A parking pass must be displayed.  ABSOLUTELY NO UNLICENSED DRIVERS MAY DRIVE A GOLF CART IN THE PARK, ENTERING THE PARK, OR EXITING THE PARK. Golf carts are vehicles and are only to be driven by licensed drivers in the City of Port Aransas, this includes the beach. 

Pool hours are from 10:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.  Hot tub runs from 5:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. There is not a lifeguard on duty.  Must be 14 years of age to be in the pool area without a parent or adult 18 years od or older in a supervisory role. Must be 14 years or older to be in the hot tub when it is heated, 

Public intoxication, disorderly or abusive conduct, and profane language will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction from the park without a refund.

Drug use, possession, or distribution will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction from the park without a refund.

Quiet hours are from 10 P.M. - 8 A.M.

All music, media, and conversations must be kept to a resonable volume AT ALL TIMES.

All firepits and grills must be charcoal, gas, or pellets. No wood burning fires allowed on property. Extinguish wirth water after cooking. Only BBQ ash may be disposed of in the trash. Sites do not have a picnic table or barbecue, guests may bring their own bbq and outdoor furniture. 

Flags, yard decor, or other public display  that may be deemed vulgar or inappropriate are not allowed.  This inckudes flags that are flown from golf carts and vehicles. 

Any group activities involvong 8 or more prticipants must be approved by management. The activity must have a start and end time, an area for the activity will be assigned by management. 

Check in is from 12:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. / Check out is at 12:00 P.M.

No arrivals after 10 P.M. We do understand that unforseen circumstances may mean that guests arrive after 10 PM, always be courteous to neighbors when arriving late.

Cell phone numbers are listed on the front office door if you should need assistance outside of normal business hours. Do not hesitate to call, there is always someone available.

If arriving after business hours, an envelope will be left for you by the front office door on the picnic table.  The envelope will have your last name and site number printed on the envelope.

Management assumes no responsibility for injury, accidents, or losses from any cause.  Management is not responsible for loss of personal property or for accidents of any nature.
