Cancellation Policy

All reservation cancellations must be made through the office at 386.294.2510.  No cancellations will be acknowledged via email.

Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $10 plus tax.  Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to arrival date will be charged the one night deposit.  

For monthly reservations, cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a refund minus a $10 plus tax cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will lose the $150 deposit.  

No refunds for “no shows”.

Change Policy

All reservation changes must be made through the office at 386.294.2510.  No cancellations will be acknowledged via email.

Reservation changes must be made no later than 2 days prior to arrival date and will be charged a $10 plus tax fee per change.  Changes that add one or more days onto a reservation will not be charged a fee.  No changes are permitted within 2 days of your arrival date.
