We understand life can be unexpected and we've designed our cancellation policy with that in mind.

Cabin Cancellations

  • No Shows are responsible for 100% of the reservation cost to be charged on check-in day at 9pm
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are subject to refund fees up to 75% of the total reservation cost
  • 2-15 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 50% of the total reservation cost
  • 16-30 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 40% of the total reservation cost
  • 31-60 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 35% of the total reservation cost
  • 61-90 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 30% of the total reservation cost
  • 91-180 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 25% of the total reservation cost
  • 180-270 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 15% of the total reservation cost
  • 270+ days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 5% of the total reservation cost

 

Camping Cancellations

  • No Shows are responsible for 100% of the reservation cost to be charged on check-in day at 9pm
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are subject to refund fees up to 75% of the total reservation cost
  • 2-7 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 50% of the total reservation cost
  • 8-15 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 45% of the total reservation cost
  • 16-30 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 35% of the total reservation cost
  • 31-60 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 20% of the total reservation cost
  • 61-90 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 15% of the total reservation cost
  • 91-180 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 10% of the total reservation cost
  • 180-270 days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 7% of the total reservation cost
  • 270+ days prior to arrival date are subject to refund fees up to 5% of the total reservation cost

 

Inclement Weather

Camping is an outdoor experience. No refunds or credits are provided for mother nature's temperament. "We don't charge extra for sunshine, and we don't give discounts for rain."
