Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

First night of your reservation is required as a deposit.
For cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival, Notify us by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival. You will be charged a $25 fee and refunded the remainder of your deposit.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of your stay no refund will be issued.
